Do you travel outside of Austin?
ATX Concierge Chiro is only available within the city limits of Austin including Sunset Valley, West Lake Hills and Rollingwood.
Do you take insurance?
No, payments for services provided by ATX Concierge Chiro are to be made through credit card/cash. We can accept HSA/FSA cards for payment if eligible.
What does a typical session look like?
A typical treatment starts with a consultation about what is going on and what to expect from treatment. You may experience different treatments every visit as chiropractic care is not a linear progression or one sized fits all approach.
How long does a session take?
Most visits are completed within 20 minutes but there are variables that may alter the duration.
Do I have to fill out any forms?
Yes, an intake form will be emailed to you in advance. Please have this paperwork filled and returned in a timely manner.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations should be made 24 hours prior to visit. Otherwise, a cancellation fee will apply.
Can I get imaging done?
ATX Concierge Chiro sends out patients that need x-rays or MRI to ARA Diagnostic Imaging with many locations available throughout the Austin area.
